Our chopsticks are handmade from an old growth Douglas Fir - the best material for this tool for its old tight grain strength and straightness. No trees are fallen for this process - we use offcuts from other industries or foraged from the forest floor. Our chopsticks are a beautiful way to commemorate the tree of which they were made.
