At Hoxton Home we strive to process your order as quickly and thoughtfully as possible. We aim to process all orders within 24 hours Tuesday-Sunday. If we are experiencing any delays, we will reach out to let you know. Please note, to reduce our waste, we do use recycled boxes for shipping.
LOCAL NANAIMO DELIVERY
We are happy to offer Local Delivery in Nanaimo, Ladysmith, Lantzville and Parksville for orders over $150.
This service is available from Tuesday - Saturday, excluding statutory holidays. Our delivery rate is a flat fee of $15, FREE within Nanaimo.
Items purchased through our online store will be delivered the following day excluding Monday. Please note we are closed Monday. We will contact you prior to arrange a delivery window time.
Items purchased through our online store can be picked up at the store within 24 hours (or sooner) of purchase. We will send you an email confirming your items are ready for pickup.
Orders can be collected 6 days a week during our regular business hours.
CURRENTLY SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA & THE US
- $15 Flat Rate Shipping on All Orders Within Canada (excluding Nunavut)
- Orders with shipping cost under $15 will be reimbursed on the payment method used
- $25 for Oversized Items, including large waste baskets, large dog bed, large woven baskets, stepladders, stools & furntinure.
- Regular shipping rates apply, calculated based on weight, package size and zip code
All Canadian orders placed with Hoxton Home are processed, packed and shipped within Canada from Nanaimo, BC. All packages are shipped using Canada Post or UPS. No duties or additional taxes will be incurred after placing your order.
Any additional shipping costs incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages will be the responsibility of the customer.
We ship to all the states in the US, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. All US orders placed with Hoxton Home are processed, packed and shipped within Canada from Nanaimo, BC. All packages are shipped using Canada Post.
All duties & additional taxes that may incur are the responsibility of the customer.
Any additional shipping costs incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages are also the the responsibility of the customer.

The shipping deadlines for ensure your best chance of receiving your items before Christmas are as follows:
Canada Post Expedited Service
Local (Vancouver Island) - December 19
Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB) - December 15
National (ON, QC, NB, NF, NS, PEI) - December 10
US - December 1
As many shipping delays often occur during the holiday season, we recommend placing your orders as soon as possible .
We currently do not offer international shipping outside of the US. The size and weight of our packages and the additional packing care that our items require means that the rates for shipping are quite high.
